John is an experienced mortgage professional and educator who brings practical, real-world lending knowledge into the Cageless University classroom.
With firsthand experience navigating loan programs, borrower scenarios, compliance requirements, and the day-to-day realities of originating mortgages, John helps new Loan Originators bridge the gap between getting licensed and actually knowing how to do the job.
At Cageless University, John focuses on the fundamentals every new LO needs to build confidence: understanding common loan programs, structuring conversations with borrowers, communicating effectively with real estate agents, navigating compliance, and managing a loan from opportunity to closing.
His goal isn’t simply to teach mortgage terminology. It’s to help develop knowledgeable, confident Loan Originators who can walk into the industry prepared to build relationships, solve problems, and create a sustainable career.

Tzedi Briggs is an entrepreneur, real estate broker, and marketing strategist with a passion for helping professionals build businesses that stand out in a crowded market.
As the Broker/Owner of Tzedi Co Realty, Tzedi brings real-world experience from the agent side of the transaction to Cageless University. Her expertise in relationship building, branding, marketing, and client communication gives new Loan Originators something they won’t find in a textbook: an understanding of how to become the kind of lender agents and clients actually want to work with.
At Cageless University, Tzedi teaches LOs how to build their personal brand, create meaningful referral relationships, communicate with confidence, and use modern marketing strategies to grow their business from day one.
